Random Canadian finds the 'smoking gun' in Florida bridge collapse

A mysterious Canadian engineering science YouTuber appears to have found the "smoking gun" of the Florida International Academy bridge collapse, which killed 6 people last week.
According to the YouTuber, identified only as AvE, a single snapped tension cablevision spotted at the site paints a picture of crews negligently trying to jury-rig an unstable bridge while nonetheless allowing midday traffic to pass underneath.
